The room was clean, it had a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns. The location was stunning, not very far from Southover Grange Gardens. Everyone we met from the staff was affable.

the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in! from the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful; they arranged numerous day trips for us and provided loads of different options of things to do! the food was absolutely amazing, the breakfast buffet had loads of choice and was really fresh. the evening meal in the restaurant and the staff were 5 star!

I always return to this hotel. They made my first stay memorable with a late check out. It has all the amenities I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, rooftop pool. Perfect for my trip!

Our stay at Hotel Fasano was exceptional. The decor and ambiance of the hotel were stunning, creating a rich and stylish atmosphere. The beach and optional island added to the allure of the location, making it feel like a foreign country within Brazil. The spa services were fantastic, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a delight, and the private estate surrounding the hotel added to the feeling of exclusivity. Additionally, the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast place arrangements were a bit small, and it would be better to have several options, including at least two restaurants open for breakfast.

This venue is a true luxurious paradise that fulfilled my every need. the service was exceptional and I adored the Spa & wellness centre, with its sauna, massage, and beauty treatments.

The only minor issue was the limited picnic area/tables, which can be quite crowded for breakfast. Nonetheless, this is a minor setback compared to all the other fabulous amenities offered by this hotel.

The bar area might need some improvement in terms of professionalism and speed of service, especially for the price point.
